Ex-Petroleum Minister joins PTI

Posted on: Thu February 16, 2012

LAHORE: Former Petroleum Minister Nouraiz Shakoor Khan announced his decision to join Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf on Wednesday.

Speaking on this occasion, PTI Chairman Imran Khan said 20th Constitutional Amendment was a deal between PPP and PML-N.

There would be bloodshed if any attempt was made to rig the next parliamentary elections, he warned.

He said that PML-N was opposing Shaukat Khanum Hospital due to fear of PTI tsunami.

He advised Nawaz Sharif to issue remarks himself instead of getting it done through Hanif Abbasi.

The PTI chief called for consultations with all political parties on next caretaker set up.
