Explosion outside house in Kohat no injury

KOHAT: A powerful blast rocked Kohat district when substantial amount of explosives reportedly planted outside a house went off with heart-failing sound in Meri Colony on early Saturday, reports SAMAA.

Thankfully, no loss of life or injury has been reported in the blast.

Police and other law enforcement agencies, having arrived on the site of the explosion, have placed a strict cordon around the area and have whilst kicked off search operation in the adjoining localities.

Witnesses said that the bomb had been planted in a box beside the main gate of a house which inflicted minor damages on the entrance.
